We get it—terms and conditions aren’t the most exciting thing in the world. But here at Gamesium, we want to make things as smooth and fun as possible for you. Our goal is simple: to create clever, fun games and make your experience with us a positive one. We’ve kept things clear and straightforward, but if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to drop us a line at satisfaction@gamesium.co.uk

Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love every one of our games, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, no worries! You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Just make sure the product is in the same condition you received it, and still in the original packaging.

If you need to make a return, simply email us at satisfaction@gamesium.co.uk with a brief explanation of why you’re not happy and how we can help you out.

Privacy and GDPR Compliance

Your privacy is super important to us, and we treat your information with care and respect. We’ll never share or sell your personal details to third parties—ever.

We’re fully compliant with the latest GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards. This means you have the right to know exactly what data we hold about you and what we use it for. In short, we only keep the info you’ve given us, and we don’t modify it in any way.

Your data is securely stored in compliance with GDPR regulations, and we only use it sparingly—like letting you know about a new game launch or when you win one of our giveaways.

For email communications, we use Mailchimp to securely store your name and email address (you can check out their privacy policy here). Any survey or signup responses are stored via Google services (more info on their GDPR compliance can be found here).

If you want to unsubscribe from our mailing list, just click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send you, or shoot us an email at satisfaction@gamesium.co.uk. Likewise, if you’d like to update your info, be removed from our database, or have any other questions about how we handle your data, drop us a line and we’ll respond ASAP.
